Scone-cakes Adapted from Albers Corn Bread * 2 cups all purpose flour * 1/4 cup granulated sugar * 1 TB baking powder * 1/2 teas salt * 1 cup milk * 1/3 cup vegetable oil * 1 large egg * 1 teas vanilla Combine all the ingredients, whisk together. Pour into a greased 9" cake pan. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes.
